Super excited to be releasing the first soundbite from the Podcast I ran recently on Clinical Safety in the Procurement of Digital Health! Below you can hear from Ish Ahmed, Clinical Safety Officer at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. Here Ish discusses ways that organisations can support their Clinical Safety Officer, specifically through wider involvement of the team. Within his organisation they have roughly 22 systems and each require clinical safety documentation. This is not something that is done once, they are regularly reviewed, with each upgrade and any changes made to the system. Ish acknowledges the importance of bringing into the mix the teams that are regularly using these systems, to get a better understanding and share workloads.
