St Crispin's House has been shortlisted in the ‘Reconversion Project of the Year’ category at the GRI Club Europe Awards 2024! calfordseaden delivered Clerk of Works services for the 684-bed student accommodation building in Norwich City Centre. Completed in September 2023, the project received a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating. This was achieved partly due to the existing structure of the building being retained, which meant the environmental impact of the project was significantly minimised. 🐉🚣 calfordseaden's Patrick Everitt, Ben Barlow, Jack Diggle, and Luke Taylor participated in Peabody's Charity Dragon Boat Race! Along with colleagues from Thomas Sinden Limited, Peabody, and INTERIOR PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED, they teamed up to become the St Olaves Dragons and competed in the race at Surrey Quays! The event supported the Peabody Community Foundation, raising over £58,000! These funds will play a crucial role in Peabody's ongoing efforts to tackle food insecurity within our communities. The day featured a series of qualifying races on a 200m course, a Grand Final race, and a BBQ with bankside entertainment offering views of the iconic Canary Wharf skyline. Although we did not win, we proudly took home the award for the wettest team, as our boat managed to capsize!💧🙃 Congratulations to everyone involved on the day, and a big thank you to Peabody for organising! #peabody #dragonboatrace
