That’s a wrap on our in-person Canada winter hiring fair! Three days of London interviews, three amazing Canada employers Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Panorama Mountain Resort and lots of working holidaymakers now off to Canada this winter with the security of a pre-arranged ski season job! Post-Covid we’ve done a lot of virtual hiring with video interviews (and we’ll continue to do this for people who can’t or don’t wish to travel) but this hiring event has shown us the desire for many of our travellers to have face-to-face interactions and connect with us IRL. It’s a big investment for businesses but it’s a trend our industry can’t ignore. Huge thanks to our employers, JENZA BUNAC and USIT teams for making it happen, and congratulations to every person that got hired over the weekend. We were honestly blown away by the professionalism and commitment of these young people. A generation that continues to impress.
