We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our London Office! About the job: You will be in charge of organising team movements and milestones; including organising and running staff parties e.g. Christmas parties, yearly away day, monthly social events Manage the office and studio purchases, weekly grocery shop Helping to establish and maintain office procedures Ensuring documents are filed correctly in drives and folders, assuring they remain tidy and organised Managing relationships with facilities – cleaning and maintenance, building management, office equipment suppliers etc Assisting IT support manager with set up and maintenance of new and existing equipment Organise laptop delivery and pickups from employees when required Monitor and order stationary as well as other consumables (company bi-weekly breakfasts, lunches, Thursday night drinks etc) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining first-aid kits and fire safety measures. Managing the external storage unit for archival purposes, updating the inventory lists etc The successful candidate will have: A positive, can do attitude Basic Knowledge of HR and IT and/or a willingness to learn Previous experience working in a similar role (desired but not essential) Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organisational skills Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite). What a day… I feel incredibly privileged to have led from an Arcade Media side on this event, but without Anna Sirius and Jas Marva it wouldn’t have been possible. I couldn’t ask for more incredible senior leadership in our business 🙌🏼 As always a huge thank you to Stuart Jones and the Upload Agency team for sharing this incredible event with us. A dream to work with. An incredible crowd, the best creators in the world and working with the most amazing partners this last 7 months. It’s a long list, but I feel it needs to be said for not only smashing it, but putting up with me across this event 😂 There really are too many people to thank, but a special thanks to all of the following: London Stadium - Graham Gilmore and the whole team for having us in their incredible ground and making everything possible and smooth. Delaware North - Incredible catering, and custom Sides menus for us and helping to premier our new XIX Vodka product! HolisTix - For being across all things ticketing, and helping us smash that 62,000 sold out in 90 minutes. Michael Charles - Managing the entertainment on the day, and helping with every ‘oh s**t’ moment that occurred!
