Let’s talk about EHSS. Or “Environment and Human Health, Safety, and Security”. We believe this should be a core focus for any organisation, especially during a time when it’s more important than ever to find more sustainable ways of working. Last week saw the coming together of our EHSS teams from Amphenol and Amphenol LTD – a meeting of minds to discuss initiatives, share best practices, and showcase our commitment to being a better business. Highlights included: ☀️ Newly installed solar panels that generate a significant proportion of the energy used across our site. 🎛️ Replacing eleven of our curing ovens with newer technology that provides far greater efficiency. 🔋 Continuing the rollout of our electric vehicle car scheme, incentivising colleagues to move to EVs. While it’s great to share our progress, it’s important to remember that EHSS is an ongoing journey as we strive to improve our impact on people and planet.
