F&S Construction and Maintenance Announcements
July Campus-Wide Inspections:
We want to make you aware of campus-wide inspections that will be conducted over the next two weeks.
- Week of July 15 - fire extinguishers will be inspected and serviced as needed
- Week of July 22 - fire sprinklers will be inspected. The inspection process will not activate alarms or strobe lights.
We will send an update if there are any changes to the schedules.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure the safety and functionality of our campus facilities.
Colonnade Restoration
Beginning July 15, restoration work will start on the Colonnade and surrounding stone fixtures. F&S will collaborate with the contractor that worked on the original construction to complete the restoration work. The work will involve replacing broken pieces where possible and patching and filling cracks and crevices.
For your safety, barriers, and signage will be placed around the work areas so please use caution when walking in the vicinity.
We anticipate the work will be complete mid-to-late August.
