In an important article this week, The Economist takes readers right inside a DTEK power station hit by russian missiles: "walls charred by a fire that that burnt for over 24 hours, windows blown out, roof collapsed, machinery wrecked, pipes and ducts broken; everywhere a mess of rubble, twisted metal support struts, flayed steel cables, wire." The Economist rightly points out that to support Ukraine this winter the focus of Ukraine's allies must now be to: ➡ Increase electricity imports from Europe ➡ Help repair existing power stations (as a the quickest and cheapest solution before winter) ➡ Support Ukraine's switch to resilient renewables over the medium term. Thank you The Economist for giving us the opportunity to contribute to this story. https://lnkd.in/gp2uN8Up #StandWithUkraine #FightForLight
