DOMESTIC

We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Orders vary in processing time. Click here to review our delivery windows page for information on shipping status.
  • Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
  • Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
  • Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days once the package is picked up, but delays from the courier can happen. We use a variety of carriers to ensure your package gets to you.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.

We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days once the package is picked up (not including any customs and duties delays).

  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes.
