You can change the language displayed in your TikTok app at any time.

To change language preferences: 
1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap the Menu ☰ button at the top, then select Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Language.
4. Tap App languages, then select a language from the list.
5. Tap Done.
