enjoy free shipping with any online purchase over $85 (free shipping applies up to $20 with code FREESHIP).

we currently ship out our retail and perishable food items monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday. perishable food orders placed after thursday at 12pm will be shipped out on the following monday. please note, we do not ship on weekends.

when ordering our cookies, your order will arrive within 2 days using ground shipping to the following states: connecticut, delaware, illinois, indiana, kentucky, maine, michigan, maryland, massachusetts, new hampshire, new jersey, new york, north carolina, ohio, pennsylvania, rhode island, south carolina, vermont, virginia, and west virginia. if you are shipping to a state not listed above, please ensure that you select 2-day shipping or overnight shipping for your order, to ensure a timely and fresh delivery.

please note that we do not ship perishable food items outside the contiguous 48 states or to p.o. boxes.

if you’d like to avoid shipping costs entirely, we offer free store pickup. please check our location page for further information. we will immediately notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

during the holiday season we have an increased demand for products, and as such, our shipping times will be adjusted to support this increased volume of orders. return policy:

We uphold ourselves to a high standard at maman, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and utmost quality which is reflected in all of our products. Please inspect all purchases upon receiving the item(s) and immediately notify us of any issues you may have. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if an item in your order arrives damaged, simply send us an email at bonjour@mamannyc.com. We are happy to refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s), items cannot be returned or exchanged past this period.

To ensure a successful return, make sure that your item is in new (unused) condition and is in its original packaging.
