SHIPPING POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow two (2) business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48-hours to let you know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within five (5) business days.

Free shipping applies to orders shipping to locations within the United States of America only.

We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. The buyer is responsible for the full return shipping cost. Please refer to the Refund Policy here for detailed information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at memberservices@andrewharper.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
