About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Content Creator to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing crypto company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand and mission. As a Visual Content Creator, you will primarily focus on content creation, including videography and editing, conceptualizing and producing high-quality visuals for various platforms and channels. Your creative vision, technical skills in photography and videography, proficiency in photo editing software, and familiarity with video editing software will play a crucial role in developing engaging visual content that showcases our brand and products.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute creative visual concepts, such as corporate and social video concepts, to promote our brand and products.
• Conceptualise and shoot high quality videos to be used across different mediums and platforms.
• Edit video footage using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance the overall visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that visual content effectively communicates our brand messaging and aligns with our marketing goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media trends and techniques in photography, videography, photo editing software, and video editing software, applying innovative approaches to enhance visual content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand visual requirements and deliver compelling visuals that convey the desired message.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of visual assets, organizing and categorizing them for easy retrieval and future use.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as production houses or freelancers, when required, to supplement visual production needs.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in visual content creation, with a strong focus on videography, editing and content creation.
• Flexibility to work occasional irregular hours during production days is required.
• Familiarity with production equipment to set up cameras and lights for in-house shoots
• Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, to edit and enhance videos.
• Solid understanding of videography and editing techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Experience with livestreaming production and related software such as OBS and streamyard very welcome.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with a creative and innovative approach to visual content creation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for visual content creation and a keen interest in the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with fintech industry preferred.
