Cactus Custody (registered company: Matrix Trust Pte Ltd) has been granted a temporary exemption from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), allowing us to continue providing our services pending the submission and review of our license application. This temporary exemption permits us to offer digital payment token custodial services without holding a license under the Payment Services Act for a specified period as set out in the Transitional Regulations 2024.
