Welcome to Erich Bao who will be joining us as k-ID’s Business Development Director, NORAM! Erich brings nearly a decade of experience building and advising tech startups on GTM, Partnerships and Growth. Previous to k-ID, Erich was the Founder and CEO of GGLeagues, the leading esports league management platform that empowered players of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds to compete in organized esports competitions. GGLeagues utilized this platform to organize esports competitions for 500 cities and 250 universities across the US. At k-ID Erich will be focused on driving growth through building customer and strategic relationships, sales enablement, and developing the youth and family experience for the platform. With 15 years of global talent acquisition experience in the technology, film, and gaming industries, Tiffany is a data and people-oriented leader. She began her career as a Technical Recruiter in the film and gaming sector before transitioning to tech, where she has worked for the past nine years. Tiffany has held roles at Electronic Arts, Lucasfilm, Google, and most recently led a team at Meta, focusing on executive hiring for Engineering, Go-To-Market, Design, and Product functions. A warm k-ID welcome to Kay Vasey, who is joining as our new Head of Youth and Family! Kay has been at the forefront of creating immersive experiences that promote climate, cultural, and digital literacy among youth and communities online. Her track record includes founding MeshMinds, which has collaborated with companies like UNEP, UNESCO, Meta, and Apple to drive creative tech campaigns across the Asia-Pacific region. In 2023, Kay led the launch of 'Sky Farm Island' on Roblox, the first vertical farming game in the Learn & Explore category, encouraging children to engage with sustainable practices. She also spearheaded 'Aquasia,' a VR metaworld that explores the ocean as a new frontier for human habitats in response to rising sea levels. At k-ID, Kay will lead our initiatives to enhance the youth and family experience on our platform. She has already initiated discussions with potential partners and is accelerating research projects to better understand how kids, teens, and parents interact with k-ID and technology as a whole.
