Congratulations mechatronic systemtechnik on the opening of the new Technology Center in Fürnitz. Spanning 6,500sqm across three storeys, the facility is designed with a focus on sustainability — including an innovative heating and cooling solutions, a lighting system that mimics natural daylight, and a rooftop 361 kWp solar PV system. Speaking at the opening ceremony, our Chairman, Mr. Philip Yeo, remarked, “This new Technology Center is a milestone for both mechatronic and the Accuron Group. It demonstrates our long-term commitment to subsidiaries, employees, and host countries. Last month, leaders from mechatronic systemtechnik and RECIF Technologies visited the Accuron Technologies HQ in Singapore. As part of their trip, they engaged in a fruitful discussion with our investee company, NexGen Wafer Systems, and witnessed demonstrations of their #semiconductor equipment and solutions. Together, we also got to explore A*STAR’s Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) – Southeast Asia’s leading public-private partnership innovation centre – where we gained insights to their avant-garde prototypes in smart factory and digitalisation.
