Shipping Policy

GENERAL 

We use climate-neutral shipping:
DHL GoGreen for orders to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and 
GLS Klima Protect for orders to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Norway.

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear!

• All orders received by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders received later are usually dispatched the following working day. 
• Delivery time can take up to:
  • three working days Germany-wide,
  • four working days for orders to AT, BE, CZ, FR, IT, LU and NL
  • and six working days for orders to NO

and depends on the shipping service provider.

Shipping cost:

Within EU:

• For orders with a value below 75€ we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€.
• We do not charge shipping fees for orders with a value over 75€.

Orders to Norway:

• We charge a shipping fee of 120 NOK for all orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take up to 24 hours to update on these websites.

To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If there are issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
