About The Role
Customer Experience Program Manager’s role is to ensure the timely delivery of the Customer Experience improvement programs designed to improve customer experience, reduce customer churn & operational costs
In addition, the Customer Experience Program Manager is responsible for overseeing programs that prepare the Customer Support organisation for product or business changes.
Your daily adventures will include:
Managing the Customer Experience improvement & Customer Support change management programs for a business vertical
Creating program plans: defining tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
Ensuring the timely delivery of the tasks within the program scope
Ensuring the alignment, and frictionless communication exchange between the program’s stakeholders
Maintaining the program documentations
Facilitating a feedback loop between the program stakeholders
About you:
2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in program/project management in a tech industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software & program/project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project etc.)
Excellent skills in decomposing complex problems into simpler actionable tasks, deadline & time management and group facilitation and organization
Experience in managing different groups of stakeholders from cross-functional teams
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to tailor communication about program impact on business, its status, next steps and obstacles across audiences
