Add Reports, Maps and Infographics

Adding new Content
The easiest way to add content (reports, assessments, meeting minutes, contact lists, maps & infographics) is to send it via email to submit@reliefweb.int

If you are sending multiple files, make sure their size does not exceed 25MB.  If you are sending several large files, consider sending multiple emails to submit.

If a single attachment is larger than 25MB, contact submit@reliefweb.int to see the best way for sharing it.

Content will then appear on the feed on your site. You can also feature content by adding it directly to an operation and/or cluster page.

So… no more tagging?
Good news, you won’t have to worry anymore about tagging your content. You just simply send the file by email to submit@reliefweb.int and the ReliefWeb team will handle the rest.

Fixing errors... how can I do it?

Mistakes happen!  Sometimes you need to correct a report or map that has already been sent to ReliefWeb. Send an email to submit@reliefweb.int with the corrected version of the file and ask the ReliefWeb team to replace it. The content URL will remain the same, and the change will be automatically updated on your RW Response page.
