The first thing is to recognize your own success and accomplishments. We are all victims of negativity bias which means we easily remember what we did not do well but have a harder time remembering where we have been most successful. Keep a journal or some type of document that has a list of all your accomplished that you can refer to regularly. Second, find some sort of mindfulness exercise. It could be meditation, breathwork, visualization. Our conscious mind can we our worst enemy but our subconscious is a place of neutrality and peace. The more we are able to tap into that place, the most calm and positive we feel. And the more you practice, the more quickly you can get to this place whenever you go into self doubt.

If you don't you either have too much confidence but not enough awareness that you don't know what you don't know, or you have put in the time and are an expert in that area. Living somewhere in the middle where you know that you have room to grow but also know you have some skills and knowledge to share is a perfect place to be until you have mastered a skill.
