Raises THE BAR EveryWhere
First thing in the morning I’ve meditated for the majority of my life. In retrospect, relative to my personal maturity Meditating naturally evolved from first initially quieting the mind ( w/practice became a five minute process) to the practice of Contemplation.
I chose subjects brought forward by my objective self which centered upon improvement of character, clarity & receptivity.
Contemplation, in summary is a 360 objective view… questioning & examining of any chosen LIFE subject.
After years of these practices which built a tremendous internal strength I naturally sought out with enthusiasm the knowledge of, “ those that came before us,” now equipped with the objective insight & humility learned from mediation & Contemplation.
Now my daily practice includes reading, listening & absorbing the works of brilliant, clear minded, unselfish mentors both alive and passed.
Dr Jordan Peterson IS a stunning Treasure in the Here & Now in times of such distortion in our world.
He covers endless subjects awakening you to the beauty of your own brain stimulated in unbelievable ways!
