A very intuitive App. Easy to navigate and use. Thank you! One issue I have noticed is the seat reservation process is disjointed. As a Cathay Mike's Member flying economy class, I was able to select my seat 48 hours in advance. That was good. But, upon online checkin, which is completed within 24 hrs of the flight, my previously selected seat (that was selected 48nhrs before the flt) was not available and now I had to select another seat, but with far less available seats to choose from.

Horrible app. Error shown for names too long but didn't even exceed the 25 characters. And when it finally moved to the next page, no verification code received via sms. 🤦♀️ went to chat via WhatsApp and that took a long time too. Frustrating!!!

The CX app looks great but I faced a lot of issues trying to check in yesterday. It wouldn't tell me the issue. The website checkin told me it wanted my visa info. I entered it but it was not satisfied despite the fact that ~26 countries can issue Schengen visas. Ultimately, had to contact support on Twitter. Poor experience with a man named Jonathan and his snide comments and CBA attitude. Why would a support person ever tell you to complain rather than apologize, even if for their mistakes?
