Coachways Q.R.U. has been operating on the market since 2008, offering services in the field of coaching, teamcoaching and the development of soft personal skills (communication, coaching, teamcoaching, leadership). In addition to individual and team processes, we also work in a coaching way with entire organizations, supporting them through participatory activities, building employee commitment and exceptional customer service. Coachways’ philosophy is to build and present an attitude of openness, opportunities, cooperation and partnership. We conduct team and individual coaching and workshops with corporate boards, senior and middle management, also with business owners (SMEs). From the beginning of our activity, we were convinced that we want to contribute to REAL, long-term change in organizations. The need of many companies was a profound change in thinking, attitudes and behaviors, however, there was no readiness for such a drastic change requiring long-term effort. However, the global trend towards "humanistic" business is becoming stronger and stronger and many of our clients decide to enter this trend. We are proud and happy to accompany them in changing the organizational culture by working with entire companies at various levels of management simultaneously. We conduct long-term (3-7 months) development programs for various departments of one organization, always trying to ensure the greatest possible consistency of our activities. As a result of this, we see more and more synergy and better cooperation between departments and teams from different places in the organization. We also see how putting HUMAN in the center of attention of our actions (and thus in the center of the Organization's attention) leads to increased motivation, commitment and the quality of understanding and cooperation among the company's employees.
