Refund policy

All wine sales, sale items, and items marked "final sale" are sold as is, and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Other items can be returned for store credit only under the following conditions:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• All items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
• Customer will incur a 10% restocking fee. 
• The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded in the case of a return.
