Khloé Kardashian Says She's 'Thriving' Now That Tristan Thompson Is Out of L.A.: 'Finding My Rhythm Again'

"I just feel like, 'Okay, there's a separation and it's good,'" Khloé told her sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker in the June 13 episode of 'The Kardashians'

Khloé Kardashian is enjoying the single life.

On the June 13 episode of The Kardashians, Khloé, 39, visited Kourtney Kardashian Barker, who was very pregnant at the time and dressed as sister Kim for Halloween. As the two got to chatting, Kourtney, 45, asked Khloé to do a “check-in” with her.

“Are you feeling happy and light, or dark and heavy?” the Poosh founder inquired.

Khloé responded that she was doing well since ex Tristan Thompson moved back to Cleveland for basketball season, adding that it felt like a weight lifted off of her.

“I just feel like, ‘Okay, there's a separation and it's good,’” she shared.

The Good American co-founder and Tristan share two kids together, daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 23 months. The two began dating on and off in 2016 and had a rocky relationship after multiple instances of the NBA player cheating, but remain on cordial terms today.

Tristan even temporarily moved in with Khloé last season as his house was getting renovated, but has since moved into a home down the block to keep their coparenting routine as easy as possible.

In the episode, Kourtney asked about Khloé’s sex life, wondering if she was getting intimate with anyone now that she has a newfound freedom.

“I am not, but thank you for your hard questions,” Khloé replied.

In true Kourtney fashion, she quipped back: “I wouldn’t think so, to be honest.”

The two laughed as Khloé admitted that if the opportunity to be with a new man came along, she was open to seeing what happens, but she isn’t searching for it.

“I just said that to Travis [Barker] the other day. I was like, ‘I feel like now that Tristan is gone that maybe Khloé can be free to just even go out and have fun,’” the Poosh creator told her sister.

In her confessional, Khloé told cameras that while she understands where Kourtney is coming from and agrees she now feels free to "do anything," she wants to take advantage of being single and not having a significant other to answer to.

“I love Kourt for being that concerned about me, but I’m very content and I’m happy,” she explained. “I feel like I’m f---ing thriving in my own little circle and world, but just even to think about someone being in my space where I have to share my TV or my bed, I'm like, no. No means no and that's all you gotta know.”

She adds: “I'm just finding my rhythm in life again, I guess.”
