In order to gain access to OK.EMGrants.com, please register to submit an Access Request, then download the Access Request Authorization Form and have it completed and signed by your agency's highest elected or appointed individual (authorizing agent) and return to the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management per instructions on the form.
