James M. Foulkrod
James M. "Jim" Foulkrod, 63, of Kinsman Road, Greene Township, Jamestown, passed away July 8, 2024, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born on May 8, 1961, in Brookville, Pa. Jim graduated from Hickory High School in 1980.
He married the former Robin Burns on April 12, 1997.
Jim had been employed by Willard Burial, West Middlesex, for 30 years until retiring due to an illness.
He was a member of the Hermitage Volunteer Fire Department until moving to Jamestown, and he was a past member of the Jamestown Fire Department.
Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters and his newborn grandson.
He is survived by his wife Robin; a son, Michael (Erin) Foulkrod of Jamestown; a daughter, Kristi (Ryan) Bromley of Sharpsville; granddaughters, Sydni and Averi Bromley; a grandson, James Oldham; a step-granddaughter, Katie Hill; and a step-grandson, Zach Oldham.
They were his pride and joy.
Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Cheryl Burns; brother-in-law, Charles (Terri) Burns III; sister-in-law, Melissa (Brian) Weimert; Kelly, Charles IV, and Robert Burns, Katie (Nick) Forcier and their daughters Madilynn and Makenna; Robert Rossi, who was like a father to Jim; Patricia Williams, who was a mother figure to Jim; and Randy Wescoat, who was like a brother to Jim.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law Charles "Chick" Burns and a niece, Kasey Marie Burns.
Memorial contributions in Jim's name can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Suite 205, 2403 Sidney St., Pittsburgh, PA 15203.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.

Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
