Job Title: Marketing Communication Specialist

Location: Amsterdam

Reports to (Position): Marketing Communication Manager

Department/Function: Marketing

Description of the work area:

As part of our Marketing & Communication team you design and create Marketing assets for our product lines. As MarCom Specialist you develop and execute effective communication strategies that results in an increasing brand awareness, brand perception, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Along with your other team members in the MarCom team your main goal is to enhance the brand awareness and brand perception across Europe. To succeed in this you will work closely with your peers in central and local Sales & Marketing teams and liase with external agencies. You are based out of our Amsterdam office and report directly to the MarCom Manager.

What will be your role in more detail?

- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies that contribute to increasing brand awareness, brand perception, customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Content creation

- Preparation of documentation for promotion and training

- Managing translations of documentations of product marketing tools

Do you have what it takes? (requirements)

- BSs degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing)

- 3+ years of relevant work experience (MarCom)

- Experience in designing and creating powerful Marketing assets

- Passion for the automotive industry

- Creative and out of the box thinking

- Team player with good communication skills

- Flexible and dynamic working method (able to multitask)Team Player

- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
