Interim Senior HR Business Partner

• 6-month contract
• Senior BP position

Project: Support a rapidly growing Financial Systems team within a Fintech business unit.

Desired Level of Responsibility:

• Partner with business leaders on people-related issues, including strategy, problem-solving, and goal achievement in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage talent acquisition, development, and performance for a rapidly growing Financial Systems team.
• Lead change initiatives for the Financial Systems team's structure and workforce planning.
• Analyze data to identify and address HR policy and process challenges specific to the Financial Systems team.
• Implement and drive adoption of HR programs for the Financial Systems team.
• Bridge the gap between HR and the business, acting as a trusted advisor to the Financial Systems team leadership.
• Represent HR to business leaders and ensure consistent service delivery within the Financial Systems team.
• Partner with the business on change management initiatives.

Key Skills:

• 5-8 years of HR experience (preferably HR Advisory experience).
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels, including senior executives.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, and complex environment.
• Proven ability to impact business outcomes through HR initiatives.
• Proactive, data-driven, and independently resourceful problem solver.
• Experience in a matrix organizational structure.
• Fluency in English.
