Mileway is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team and help drive our people strategy to the next level. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to members of the leadership team and people managers, providing expert HR guidance and support to align business objectives with employee performance and development. Together with the Head of People, the Senior HRBP will be develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with senior leaders across our European offices to craft and roll out HR strategies that align with our business goals and drive performance.
  • Be the go-to advisor for managers and employees on all things HR—think employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Lead key HR projects and initiatives, making sure they’re executed smoothly and align with our business objectives.
  • Coach managers on leadership practices, team dynamics, and employee development to help them lead more effectively.
  • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
  • Make sure we’re always compliant with employment laws and proactively manage any HR-related risks.
  • Support change management processes and help with organizational transformation efforts.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence such as Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations, to bring the full offering of HR to our Leaders and Employees.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to continuously improve our processes, policies, and programs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Cross European experience as an HR Business Partner – preferably in several of the countries in which we operate
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing HR projects and initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English and preferable another European language.
