Responsibilities

In this dynamic role as HR Advisor you will be involved in various tasks such as

• Recruitment process
• Drafting (international) employment contracts
• Onboarding of new employees
• Talent development
• Process surrounding performance reviews
• Employee offboarding
• Sickness absence registration, reporting and guidance
• Monthly salary changes submission and check
• Monitor and improve employee satisfaction
• Linking pin between managers and management team
• Building the HR foundation (processes, policies, etc.)
• Initiate and implement HR improvement projects
• Contract management external partners (pension, mobility, etc.)
• Other operational/administrative HR tasks
• Various general office tasks

In short, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all HR processes within our fast-growing company with a rich cultural diversity.

Requirements

• At least a completed HBO education in Human Resource Management or a related field and at least 5 years of work experience at at least 2 different companies.
• Demonstrable work experience in HR functions with aspects such as (international) employment contracts, onboarding & talent development.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, German is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving thinking.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Function level:

• The working and thinking level for this role is at HBO+ level.
