About the Role:As the Head of HR Operations, you will lead a cross-functional and scalable HR operation team to provide comprehensive support across the entire organization. Your key responsibilities will include:Global HR Advisory Leadership : Spearheading the Global HR Advisory Team,
offering strategic leadership, and providing expert guidance on legal and
regulatory requirements to the broader HR team.Global HR Support : Taking proactive ownership of global HR-related
matters, ensuring the unit addresses ongoing and evolving organizational
needs. You will provide direct support to managers and employees on
HR-related inquiries, ensure compliance with local labor laws, navigate
union negotiations, champion health and safety initiatives, oversee
Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards Strategies, And Streamline Local
HR processes.Legal and Regulatory Compliance : Keeping up with the latest changes in
labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices and policies remain
compliant.Decision-Making Authority : Holding the mandate to make informed
local decisions within specified areas, contributing to effective and
agile decision-making processes.Works Council Process Management : Being responsible for the Works Council
process in the Benelux region.Collaborative Development : Actively participating in and driving the
development of core HR processes, initiatives, or projects, collaborating
with other stakeholders across the organization.You will report to the EVP People & Culture and be part of the People and Culture Leadership Team. Leading a team of 17 individuals located in Benelux and the Nordic countries, your team will encompass HR advisers, Payroll, HR support, and Total Rewards functions.Experience/Specific Competence Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business,
or a relevant field.10+ years of experience in a leadership position
within HR.Strong stakeholder management and proven track
record of change management.Knowledge and experience in the Works Council
process in the Benelux region.Experience working in a business-driven company.Personal Qualities:Strategic mindset with a very strong ability to
plan and structure work.Strong problem-solving skills, capable of dealing
with complexity and concepts comfortably, producing solutions,
anticipating problems, and quickly identifying the root cause.Proven leadership skills with the ability to
engage and communicate effectively.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
interact professionally at varying levels across the firm and influence
stakeholders to make effective decisions.Clear and professional communication skills in
both written and verbal form.Adept at bringing others on board and making things
