We are looking for a Global HR People Partner (GHPP) for Stolt Tank Containers and our Corporate Finance Team.You will shape and drive the global people strategy from a business perspective and a global mindset. We are looking for a strategic professional who acts on MT level with experience in organizational design, leadership & team development and change management.

Stolt-Nielsens portfolio consists of three global bulk liquid and chemicals logistics businesses – Stolt Tankers, Stolthaven Terminals and Stolt Tank Containers. We are world market leader with a workforce of 7000+ people, globally.

What You Will Be Doing 

You will be the Global HR People Partner for Stolt Tank Containers (STC). STC is accelerating growth and will become a 1-billion-dollar company in the next few years. STC’s is balancing tradition with strong organizational development. Besides being a strategic partner for STC you will take on the role of GHPP for our Corporate Finance Department where centralization is currently taking place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute People Strategy.
  • Partner and advise in organizational design.
  • Understanding the business context, markets, trends and future needs.
  • Interface between center of expertise(s) - L&D, Operations, Compensation & Benefits - and business to ensure that policies and processes are serving the business and implemented according to standards.
  • Facilitate execution of HR processes in the business, like performance management, C&B policies, leadership development and succession planning.
  • Coaching leaders and managers in leading and developing their teams and employees.
  • Champions the organizational values and cultural development.


Qualifications

  • University graduate (Human Resources or similar). With strong business knowledge and business sense.
  • 10+ years progressive experience in Human Resources in a global acting company.
  • Solid knowledge of key HR processes across the entire employment life cycle.
  • Change management champion with tangible successful experience.
  • Demonstrated record of successful service to a global business.
  • Experience with working in a dynamic global organization guiding people through change.
  • Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence people and teams.
  • A thorough understanding of the effectiveness of coaching and agile consulting.


What We Offer

  • You will be the business partner for Stolt Tank Containers and our CorporateFinance team.
  • You will report directly into the Chief People Officer.
  • This position will require travel (approximately 25 days per year).
  • We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a 13th month and a bonus.
  • The position is a fulltime position.
  • We will invite you for three interviews. A personality and aptitude test are part of the process.
  • This process is outsourced to our preferred recruitment partner.
