Their long-term goal is to preserve fish populations and other marine life. SPAR International Driver Competition 2024 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dTr-8Bmy Following the success of the inaugural event last year, the second SPAR International Driver Competition returned in June, taking place in Teesdorf, Vienna. A total of 13 drivers from 8 SPAR licensed organisations, located in 7 countries, participated this year, with Norway's Besim Uruqi taking home the coveted 'SPAR International Driver of the Year 2024' award. SPAR Austria is celebrating the reopening of its very first store, which opened in Austria 70 years ago. Hans F. Reisch laid the foundation for this store at Unterer Stadtplatz in Kufstein, Tyrol. This year's event brought together 88 teams from across the country to compete in the challenge, enabling girls to showcase their netball skills. Future national stars can be found at this annual event, with coaches seeking talent to enrich the leagues.
