#SPARQuest, a month-long hackathon, represents a dynamic initiative where employees from diverse departments converge to tackle real-world business challenges. Rooted in the belief in harnessing collective creativity, SPARQuest serves as a platform for the cross-pollination of ideas, fostering an environment where innovation thrives. The Hackathon was flagged off on December 26th, 2023, and where 7 Teams were formed across functions along with a mentor to guide the participants and share their expertise throughout the month-long hackathon. A common case study was given to all of the teams from a real-life business challenge of SPAR. The Teams then presented their proposed solutions and ideas to overcome the business challenge and some great ideas came forward. This does not end here, these solutions will be analyzed by the leadership team and will be channeled into the right path of implementation.
