The competition was fierce for the top spots! 🏆🔥 For those who preferred a different kind of fun, we also had an exciting bowling alley option. 🎳 What a bunch of enthusiastic and sporty colleagues we have! The second edition was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who participated. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 👏🙌

𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘇𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗷𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁&𝗣𝗿𝗼 Talent&Pro krijgt per 1 juni 2024 een nieuwe algemene directie. Huidig directeur Steven Raaijmakers is 10 jaar werkzaam bij Talent&Pro waarvan ruim 2,5 jaar als algemeen directeur. “Na mijn tijd bij Talent&Pro kijk ik uit naar een periode van reflectie en heroriëntatie. Ik ben van plan om de tijd te nemen om mijn passies na te streven en te verkennen in welke nieuwe uitdagingen ik mijn talent in zal zetten. Of het nu gaat om advieswerk, vrijwilligerswerk of misschien zelfs het starten van iets nieuws, ik sta open voor de kansen die zich voordoen en ben enthousiast om nieuwe paden te ontdekken.” Hij draagt het stokje nu over aan Ronald Hensen en Eric van Diest. In de rol van Managing Director zullen zij gezamenlijk de leiding over het bedrijf voeren. Ronald en Eric werken al jarenlang succesvol samen in de directie van Talent&Pro. Daarom is gekozen om deze combinatie voort te zetten. Beide acteren in de rol van Managing Director. Ronald is verantwoordelijk voor Finance, HR en Commercie, Eric voor Operations en Marketing. Zowel Ronald als Eric hebben een mooi trackrecord opgebouwd binnen Talent&Pro. Ronald, bijna 20 jaar geleden gestart als consultant doorgegroeid naar het directieteam waarin hij al verantwoordelijk was voor commercie. Eric is inmiddels 10 jaar aan boord bij Talent&Pro en stuurt al enkele jaren de operations afdelingen aan. Sinds 2019 is hij onderdeel van het directieteam. Bedankt voor alles Steven. It starts with raising awareness, because we believe that’s the first step to real change. During our annual Redmore Awareness Week, we place extra emphasis on raising awareness around ESG themes. It was a week filled with fun games and interactive workshops on these topics. And to cap it off, we closed the week with the grand finale event: RAW2024 at the Metaal Kathedraal. Colleagues had the chance to dive deep intro these crucial topics. And the night wrapped up with an impressive Privacy Show, where mind illusionist Jochem Nooyen demonstrated the true meaning of privacy. Unforgettable, indeed.
