We are is a private and independent company, headquartered in Ede (the Netherlands) in the heart of the Food Valley region, employing over 100 scientists and support staff.     Our paper on #Biopurification of plant proteins is now published in NPJ Science of Food (link to the paper: https://lnkd.in/eGNZQh89). This is to date the biggest study of screening microbial biodiversity (taken from the NIZO culture collection) to improve taste of plant based foods. We show how to get rid of unwanted molecules without fermenting the product (meaning quicker, cheaper and easier to implement).
