#mewsunfold 2024! 💫 You were spectacularly awesome and made sure that many new trees will be planted! In addition to a large number of new collaborations we have started and the fantastic time we have had with existing partners, Mews has planted the amazing number of 1400 trees 🙌 based on 2 trees per attendee! 🌳 🌳   We are so proud and grateful for this collaboration! Mews is really setting the scene by being a key driver in creating a greener hotel world! Thank you Matthijs Welle, Richard Valtr and the Mews team for your continued fantastic support! You guys rock! ❤️

#hotelsfortrees is now active in California! We welcome the San Ysidro Ranch to our family of tree planting partners, and would like to thank Robert Stitt and team for the support to help re-forest California. The Ranch has 38 gorgeous bungalows overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands, and it is great to see 11 guests already opted out of housekeeping in favor of planting a tree, in the first week after go live!

In Bolivia, 2,000 farmers have already switched to sustainable forest agriculture, partly thanks to the support of our partners! 💚 The farmers plant native trees in combination with crops such as coffee or cocoa. This is a sustainable alternative to traditional cattle ranching and agriculture: one of the reasons why a lot of forest is still being lost in Bolivia. Our forestation partner Trees for All recently visited several farmers to see how their trees, coffee and cocoa are doing. 🌱
