    Many organizations still see payroll as just an admin task. Employees clock in. ⏱ They get paid. 💵 End of story. ✋🏿 But what if payroll could do more? 🤔 Omotayo Olowofeso, MBA, Pade HCM's People Operations Lead, says your payroll should be strategic. He explains: "By analyzing your payroll data, HR professionals can improve employee experience and identify trends to inform decisions on workforce management, compensation, and retention." For instance... If a remote company sees a rise in overtime hours, it could mean that employees are struggling with their workload, maybe due to inadequate home office setup. The fix? The company could offer a one-time home office stipend to reduce overtime hours and boost productivity. This is just one way payroll data can enhance employee satisfaction and business outcomes. As HR professionals, it is our job to use this data to influence business decisions.
