"Clearly comes out on top" is a bit of a stretch if we're talking solely about its computational prowess. Some people may not need a powerful GPU depending on their workflow (e.g. coding).

John, The Ultra Cores are made especially for AI performances, and GPU is crucial for AI training. The Ultra 7 is better in every aspect, besides gaming on a device with a dedicated GPU available.

This is a tie. At the sacrifice of performance, the new Intel Ultra 7 155H adds greater battery life and iGPU performance. The pure performance enthusiasts, who do not need their GPU, will prefer the Intel i7 13700H.
