🚀 Start your career at #Commondo! 🚀 🌟 Meet our SAP Trainee, 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐩𝐚! 🌟Josipa Mihaljević🌟 👩💻 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐩𝐚'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: Currently working as an #SAP Trainee at Commondo. At the beginning of her career, Josipa was involved in learning and simpler tasks. She creates integration flows using XSLT mappings and performs tests to verify data transfers between different systems, such as #Primavera and #SAP. Soon, she will start working on #Fiori applications and with the #ABAP programming language. 📈 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: At work, Josipa doesn't deal with machine learning, but in the near future, she will work on web development with Fiori and ABAP. At university, she is working on a seminar "Time Series and Anomaly Detection," which will likely be her thesis topic. 🧠 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥: Resourcefulness in finding needed materials. Sometimes it is necessary to search for information or ask colleagues for help. At Commondo, they learn things that are barely mentioned at university, like ERP and SAP, but at work, she sees how this system actually looks and functions. 🎓 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: #Commondo's policy for students is: "University first, Commondo second." This allows Josipa to fully dedicate herself to university when needed, and during other periods, she plans her obligations for the current week. 💪 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Understanding the business world and project management in #SAP, and understanding parts of a project and their transfer to tools like Primavera and #Microsoft Project. Understanding the business domain is harder than the technical aspects, but colleagues always help her. 🎉 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Gaining work experience as a software engineer! 🤝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Colleagues help Josipa with debugging, offer materials and sources, show similar examples, and answer all questions. Even the initial interview ended with the question: "Josipa, do you have any questions or need advice?" ✨𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬  ✨"Be open to everything; every experience is good. Don't be discouraged if everything goes slowly or there are many unknowns. Work on independent projects and put them on GitHub and in your resume. Look for jobs on LinkedIn (Commondo is a great choice 😉 , FER websites, Discord servers, Career Speed Dating... Networking is key! Support is the most important at the beginning; later on, research will be easier." 💡 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞'𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨: If you are beginners and have no experience in IT, don't be afraid to try, make mistakes, ask questions.
