As you all know, the Rules of Golf, as established by the United States Golf Association (USGA) and R&A, have undergone significant changes that will be in effect as of January 1st, 2019. As such, play will be contested in all Qualifying Competitions and throughout the Tournament Season using the 2019 Rules of Golf. Information pertaining to the new Rules of Golf, Local Rules and Conditions of Competition will be provided to applicants in advance of their Qualifying Competition. Additional information and any questions pertaining to the Rules of Golf or the competition itself should be directed to the MENA Tour Rules Committee. Questions or disputes (including equipment rulings) shall be settled by the on-site Rules Committee appointed by the MENA Tour, whose decision shall be final.
