WE ARE HIRING - Contributing to a better world by building technology for single step, dry surface functionalisation

À propos

MPG offers a disruptive Key Enabling Technology (KET) that enables the creation of a wide range of advanced surface functionalities. Examples of what can be achieved using our Molecular Plasma Technology include: adhesion promotion, one-step immobilisation of bio-molecules, virucidal coatings, silicone-free release functionalities, tune-able super-hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, microfluidic channeling and much more. We achieve this by activating a surface and covalently binding the precursor molecules onto the surface using our proprietary Molecular Plasma Process. The outcome is a permanently bonded, custom-designed, nano-metric layer, which features the surface functionality needed by the customer. Our unique technology allows us to work with a wide variety of precursor molecules on basically any kind of surface. As a full-service provider, we offer application development as well as design, construction and servicing of equipment ranging from lab systems for R&D centers and universities up to industrial in-line systems for continuous production. Our customers are active in a wide range of industries such as fundamental and applied research, aerospace, aeronautics, automotive, packaging, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, micro-electronics, electronics, etc.
