Mission: “Lead industry efforts to make Luxembourg the most attractive international centre for investment funds“ ALFI plays a proactive role in leading industry efforts to turn Luxembourg into the most attractive international centre for domiciling and distributing investment and pension funds and the main gateway to the European and global fund markets. Luxembourg is the largest fund domicile in Europe and its investment fund industry is a world leader in cross-border fund distribution. Luxembourg-domiciled investment structures are distributed in over 70 countries around the globe, with a particular focus on Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

📢 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 #𝐄𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐅! On 19 July 2024, the European Commission published the Delegated Regulation supplementing Regulation (EU) 2015/760 of the European Parliament and of the Council on ELTIF RTS. This covers hedging derivatives, redemption policies, transfer requests, asset disposal criteria, and cost disclosures. The EU Parliament and the Council have 3 months to comment.
