Shipping Information

Orders are shipped through Canada Post. The rates cover our expenses to process, pack, and ship your order.

Taxes, shipping, and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirements.

Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Please note there may be delays in shipping times due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Canada Post has been experiencing customs delays at the USA/CAN border, and as a result, US-bound packages may take up to 21 days to arrive.

During the warm weather months, we ship packages out only on Mondays or Tuesdays. This minimizes the chances that your chocolate will sit in a warehouse over the weekend and potentially melt. To minimize delivery wait times, you must order by noon on a Monday or Tuesday so that we can get your chocolate out the door by Tuesday evening. Or else we may need to wait until the following week (weather dependent).

You will receive free local delivery for orders $74.99 or more. Orders under $74.99 are a flat-rate $5 delivery.

If you select this option, please be sure there is a safe spot or concierge where we can deliver the package to.

Rest of Canada

FREE Shipping Policy

You will receive free standard shipping/delivery to anywhere in Canada for orders $99 or more.

Orders under $99 are a flat-rate $9.99 standard shipping.

Shipping times typically range from 3 - 5 business days within Ontario, up to 7 business days to British Columbia.

USA

*Canada Post has been experiencing customs delays at the border, and as a result, shipping to the USA may take up to about two to three weeks.*

FREE Shipping Policy

You will receive free expedited shipping to the continental USA for orders over $99 CAD.

Orders under $99 CAD are a flat-rate $9.99 USD expedited shipping.

We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your chocolate. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from My Account.
