Litigation Associate

Skolnick Legal Group, P.C., a construction and commercial litigation firm with offices in New Jersey
and New York is seeking a Litigation Associate. We offer a competitive compensation package with a

Responsibilities:
• Drafting motions, briefs and responding to discovery requests
• Deposition preparations, as well as taking and defending depositions
• Providing direct assistance to clients in office and court settings
• Working collaboratively with attorneys
• Managing cases, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing workload
• Make court appearances as needed in state and federal courts

Skills and Experience:
• Excellent research, writing and analytic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ideal applicant can become familiar with new areas of the law quickly
• Ability to communicate with more senior attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts,
and agencies in a professional manner
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar
