LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

McCarter & English, LLP, a well established and growing law firm, is actively seeking a talented and driven associate having 2-5 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills, admitted to practice in New York and/or New Jersey, with an additional admission in Connecticut helpful. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings and motions and handling federal and state court appearances related to commercial litigation, commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy litigation. Candidates must be eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment that rewards dedication and industriousness.
