Refund policy

We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us.

If you are not satisfied that something we sold you is as we described it, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or issue store credit.

We do not make refunds except in cases where we have made an error. If we have made an error, we will refund your original shipping charges and reasonable return shipping expenses you incur. 

If you would like to exchange something, it is your responsibility to get the item back to us in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us before you make a return. We may be able to provide you with a return shipping label. You can always contact us for any return question at letters@kitchenartsandletters.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
