Store Manager Merchandising

Responsibilities

Hard Rock Cafe - Milan, Italy, a development partner of Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc., is seeking a talented Store Manager for its  merchandise operations at the Hard Rock Cafe Milan, Italy. Our operators are true entrepreneurs who manage diverse teams, drives bottom line results, and multi-dimensional operations. 

She/he will manage the day to day operations, coach, lead and motivate the RSAs, design and follow orders up, control inventory, boost sales while keeping a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band? 

• Fluency in Italian and English, a third language is optional
• Relevant management experience as a Store Manager with a known clothing or merchandising retail industry leader.
• Strong experience in inventory management, offer optimization, ordering procedures
• Extensive experience managing a diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
• Strong customer oriented approach
• Cost management experience- manage and control
• Experience in dealing/ordering from foreign vendors
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
• Experience with Symphony/Micros Oracle system is preferential
