About the Role

A project manager must be able to perform complex tasks. Especially, he/she will be responsible to define and execute the project, ensure that the milestones and the final goals are effectively and efficiently achieved. The figure will also be engaged to define and manage the control flow, using specifics KPIs, preventing and fixing any issue. As PM, he/she’ll interact directly with the company management and with similar hierarchical levels of the client organizations, as well as with any sub-contractors.

He must therefore have developed experience on significant works in terms of size, resources involved, financial and organizational impact.

What you will be working on:

• Cost, time and resources monitoring to achieve the delivery of the assigned projects.
• Management of budgeting process and profit and loss records for performing business and financial analyses.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to point out potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
• Development of multiple action plans in collaboration with the Office Managers to review the project status and the proposed changes.
• Collaboration with inter-functional teams to plan and define the different Project phases.
• Supervision and monitoring of the team project time-line schedule.
• Development of Project Multimedia presentations to underline the status of the Project directly to the Executive team.
• Reports delivery to the Project stakeholders for budget and planning purposes.
• Coordination of Temporary Grouping of companies.

Do you have:

• University Degree in Engineering
• PMI/ISIPM Certification
• Experience in major Projects/Programs
• Good knowledge of production processes, preferably in the rail vehicle sector
• Conflict management and interpersonal skills,
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills,
• Communication skills to get collaboration from matrix organization involved
• Leadership, initiative and decision minded
• Fluency in English is essential
