About the Role

Vita-Salute San Raffaele University is currently looking for a Research Project Manager to assist the management and implementation of the Horizon Europe-funded project Join4ATMP co-coordinated by Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele (UniSR). The Project Manager will work closely with the PI, who is also the Deputy Director of the San Raffaele Institute for Gene Therapy (SR-Tiget).

The project

“JOIN4ATMP - Map, join and drive European activities for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product development and implementation for the benefit of patients and society” is a Coordination and Support Action collaborative project whose is goal is to identify current challenges and possible solutions in the development of ATMPs for rare and common diseases, with specific regard to preclinical studies, manufacturing, clinical trials, real-world data, access to market and ethical aspects.

Main Activities

• Assist the PI in the implementation of the project and the monitoring of the work plan regarding milestones and deliverable, contributing in the drafting of activity reports;
• Champion the preparation of deliverables, including developing and conducting surveys and interviews with relevant stakeholders and experts, literature/database searches, coordinating the drafting of position papers;
• Act as a liaison with team members and relevant internal administrative offices;
• Provide the interface with the consortium coordinator and facilitate the exchanges with other partners;
• Contribute to the organization of consortium meetings, conferences and workshops, writeagendas and reports.

Requirements

• University Degree in Life Science or related fields;
• Experience in research and/or regulatory affairs;
• Previous experience in roles like Study Coordinator, Regulatory Affair Officer, Scientific Project Manager, or a Master in Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Drug Development, Health Technology Assessment would represent a strong plus;
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills for managing information and processes involving multiple individuals/teams;
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Full IT proficiency;
• Fluent in Italian and English.
